Our purpose-built facility includes advanced equipment such as two underwater treadmills, supporting a wide range of canine and small animal needs—from post-operative care to general conditioning.
We offer a warm, professional, and collaborative environment where both clients and staff are valued. As demand continues to grow, we are seeking a qualified Small Animal Hydrotherapist to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver hydrotherapy sessions using the underwater treadmill, tailored to each animal’s condition and referral notes.
· Independently assess patients and create individualised treatment plans based on their health status, injury, or recovery goals.
· Maintain clear communication with veterinary professionals and pet owners, ensuring an empathetic and supportive approach to every case.
· Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
· Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the centre, including daily cleaning protocols and equipment checks.
· Accurately document patient notes and complete administrative tasks as required.
· Support the continued development of the service and uphold a positive reputation for animal welfare and client satisfaction.
· Promote the therapeutic benefits of hydrotherapy within the community and veterinary networks.
Essential Requirements
· Level 3 Diploma in Small Animal Hydrotherapy (or equivalent, e.g., via NARCH or IAAT accredited course).
· A passion for animal health, rehabilitation, and wellbeing.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused attitude.
· Confidence in handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments in a professional setting.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.
· Good time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
Desirable (but not essential)
· Advanced Underwater Treadmill qualification.
· First aid training for small animals.
· Experience working with veterinary referrals or rehabilitation programs.
· Membership with a recognised professional body such as NARCH or IAAT.

Job Description
As a Trainee Laser Therapist, you will be trained to use the K-Laser, a state-of-the-art therapeutic laser device designed for veterinary applications. You will learn to administer laser therapy treatments to animals, helping to alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and promote healing.
Key Responsibilities
Training and Development: Participate in comprehensive training programs to become proficient in the use of the K-Laser Cube Vet device.
Treatment Administration: Assist in the administration of laser therapy treatments under the supervision of experienced therapists until fully trained.
Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with pet owners, explaining the benefits and process of laser therapy.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of treatments administered and progress observed and complete administrative tasks as required.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of both animals and staff.
Promote the therapeutic benefits of Laser Therapy within the community and veterinary networks.
Support the continued development of the service and uphold a positive reputation for animal welfare and client satisfaction.

Essential Requirements
Education: A-levels, diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in veterinary care is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for animal care, rehabilitation, and wellbeing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused attitude. Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team. Good time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
Experience: Previous experience in a veterinary setting is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements: Ability and confidence in handling small animals of all sizes and temperaments in a professional setting
